Start Excel from MacOS shell script

Hi community
How can I start Excel from a MacOS shell script ?

Currently i am using:

/Users/XXXX/Applications (Parallels)/{49af2a65-9636-437e-937c-XXXXXX} Applications.localized/Excel.app/Contents/MacOS/WinAppHelper /Users/XX/Library/CloudStorage/OneDrive-XXX/Administration/importUsers.xlsm

this works but I am locking for a more official way
