ODBC driver could not be loaded

I have installed the Windows 64-bit AWS Athena ODBC driver from Amazons' download site and I am getting a system error code 193 when configuring the connection in the ODBC Administrator (see screenshot). I know there are two ODBC Administrator tools for 32 and 64 bit. I am able to install the 32 bit and create the connection. However, I can't use this connection with Power BI, because that is 64 bit. So I think the 64 bit ODBC tool seems to be incompatible with the VM.

ENVIRONMENT
  • Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 OS BUILD 22621.1555
  • Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Version 18.3.0 (53606)
  • Apple MacBook Pro 16-inch 2023 | Chip: Apple M2 Max | Memory: 32GB

I have the same issue needing an ODBC driver for PostgreSQL in Windows on Parallels on MacOS on M2 Mac Mini
