I have the same problem. After a RAM failure/replacement I tried to use my parallels desktop 12 for Mac on my old Mac but it asks for activation. When I try to activate it says "Unable to perform the operation. The license server rejects it." I have a permanent license and used it till now without any issue.
hab mir gestern im Geschäft Parallels Desktop 18 gekauft, wollte es aktivieren wie es in der Schachtel beschrieben war. Angeblich wurde der 16 stellige Aktivierungscode schon benutzt. Schachtel war aber verschlossen und verschweisst! kann mir jemand helfen? War auch schon im Geschäft, keine Chance zur Rückgabe.
