Moved to new Mac and can't activate license!

Hello!
My license ending "-3WYY4W" is not working when activating on a new Mac. I follow the KB articles but I don't have an option to disable my old license.
If I activate via "My Licenses" I get "Cannot activate the current version because it was created for older versions of parallels Desktop". However, I'm on the SAME version (v17) as this was a migration.
If I try to activate via key I get "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies".

What to do here?

Anything I have to do that's special to get it to go?
 
Hello, i'm having a similiar issues. I recently redownloaded parallels onto my new laptop and used my original license key for activation, but i'm receiving a message stating,"
To activate Parallels Desktop 18, this license key must be upgraded.
It cannot activate the current version because it was created for older versions of Parallels Desktop."
How do i go about acquiring a new upgraded license key to use?

I've got exactly the same problem. I've tried to contact the support team via chat, but after 45 Minutes of extremely poor support the conversation partner left the chat. He's told me, that I've bought a one year subscription only and sent me a new licence key. What a nonsense... I've got a subscription and he send me my already existing licence key two times.
Is there anybody who can help me?

Same issue, I transferred from my Mac mini to my MacBook Pro through the migration process, and still I can't see my license in my account and a message info tells me that My licence is still connected to another Mac, I ALREADY ERASED THAT MAC.
 
I have this problem on a new MacBook Pro. Can you help, please ?

I have the most annoying problem:
On my old mac, if I log in to my google account in parralels, parallels shows my license key. The license was bought with my gmail account.
I can not deactivate my old mac via terminal ("this type of license van not be deactivated" or something similar.)
If I try to deactivate by activating my old mac the message is: this license is associated with another account.
If I log in on the parallels website with ny google account I see no license.
 
Hello, i sold my old MacBook and no longer have acces to it. My parallels licence is still activated on the old device. Please reset/deactivate the previous activation so i can use the license on my new MacBook.
