Hi there,
I'm attempting to run Ubisoft's HOMM 6 (latest patch 1.5.2) through Vista and Parallels 7 (latest version as of 8.14.12). My machine is a mid 2011 27" iMac, 16 GB ram, 2 GB NVIDIA graphics card. Parallels is allocated 4 GB of ram and 1 GB of video ram.
It had been working fine for a while, but now the game starts and during gameplay, I'm getting errors and crashes saying not enough video memory. I've lowered all the video settings in the game (texture, shadows, etc.) to their lowest resolution, but no dice.
Am thinking it's an issue of how Parallels detects the graphics card?
If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.
Thanks,
Lee
