    Hello, please follow these steps: 1. Check the spam/junk folder in your mailbox (search for emails from '[email protected]'). 2. Add [email protected] to the mail contact list or trusted senders list. 3. Try requesting another password reset email from my.parallels.com and check again. Thanks.
