Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 25211.1001 only use 60Hz

I am using Parallels desktop Version 18.0.2 (53077) and installed Windows with information:
Edition Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎02/‎10/‎2022
OS build 25211.1001
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.25211.1001.0

The problem is, that Windows 11 only uses 60Hz (Max 120Hz).
I tried installing the other version of Windows 11 (the main version of Windows 11), which uses 120Hz.
