My account says I have no active subscriptions, but I was charged for an auto-renewal anyway.

    I made sure to check that I disabled auto-renewal of my yearly subscription becauase I did not want another year.
    The help article said to click on Active Subscriptions. https://kb.parallels.com/123306 I apparently don't have any because when I log in, I don't see any dashboard page with products under which I can click "Active Subscriptions". "View My Parallels Products" is grayed out for me. I literally went through all the buttons to see if there was anywhere I was missing that I could turn off auto-renewal. There is nowhere I can do this. So I figured the button must not be showing up anywhere because I must have already deactivated it.
    But today I was charged another $85 for a renewal anyway. I want a refund, you can't force people to pay for another year by taking away the button like that. I still don't have a "Turn Off" button anywhere.

    I'm using the same email address as you guys send me emails to, and the same email as I'm logged in to Parallels Desktop with, if that's what you mean.
