Strange and annoying drag & drop animation lags in VM Big Sur

Hi,

I made a short screen recording. Please have a look at what it's doing when I'm moving some objects on the screen.

I'm using the latest version of Parallels Desktop 16.1.3 on my Mac mini 2020 ( Intel ). Mac mini is running Big Sur 11.2 and I'm using the same version of Big Sur in my VM. All of my preferences in Parallels Desktop are on their default values. I did not install Parallels Toolbox or Parallels Access.

In my VM control center
- no resource usage optimization
- 2 processors ( recommended )
- 256 graphics memory / best for retina ( I'm using a 24" 4K screen )

just ask if you need some other configuration details
