Suddenly Mouse stopped working in Coherence mode

Hi,
Just noticed that my mouse is not working in Coherence (works in all other modes). I'm on PD13 (13.2.0) and running Windows 10.
I re-installed Parallel tools, rebooted, same results. Not sure if its a latest Win10 update the causes that or something else.
I also noticed this evening that my Parallels toolbox got updated, it is now 2.0.3. Not sure if it is related or not.

Please help..?

I've played with the "View" option and selected "Scaled" instead of Retna resolution and now the mouse is responding. I assume it was a synchronization problem between the mac and windows mouse once it's in Coherence mode...

I realize this is an old post, but I'm having the same issue and tried the different scaling options above. I've also tried cycling between the mouse optimization settings. My cursor works fine in the window and full-screen modes but isn't detected at all in coherence. The keyboard works in coherence, I can search and open apps and use hotkeys. I'm running PD16Pro 16.1.1, MacOS 11.0.1 (this issue was present in previous versions as well), and Windows10 Home

We suggest you exit coherence and reinstall Parallels Tools then check.
