Mac OS System if freezing with Windows 10VM

Hi,

I'm using on my MacBook Pro (High Sierra 10.13.6) Parallels 14 (version 14.0.1-45154) to run a Windows 10 VM.
Frequently while using the VM or Mac OS (with VM running in background), the system is freezing : solid color wheel on the screen.
I had to wait a moment, sometimes few minutes to be able to work again.

It seems this issue is not occurring when no VM is running.

Hi @MichelD2 Please give us your Mac hardware specifications (RAM, Storage space and Processor) and also let us know if you have any anti-virus running on Mac or Windows virtual machine.
