how to deactivate my Parallel Desktop license key and transfer to my new Mac

Hi Parallels Team,

I also tried to move my Parallels Desktop 11 license to a new mac and got the activation limit problem. I sold my old Mac already, so I cant deativate it. Can you help me please? Thanks!

Hi TobiasH6. We have made the necessary changes to your Parallels Desktop for Mac license key. Please try to activate now and it should work fine.
 
It worked very fine, thx al lot. Another question. Is it possible to remote the licence from my Parallels account and add it to another one?

Please deactivate my existing Parallells installations so that I may reinstall on a new MacBook. I am running High Sierra 10.13.6. Thanks

We see that you have Parallels Desktop 10 in your account which is not compatible with High Sierra.

Hello JeffB26, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.
 
I got rid of my old mac and did not deactivate it beforehand. When I try to activate it on my new Mac, I do not get the option to "Activate on This Mac".
  1. When I click activate I get the popup message
  2. When I click buy it takes me to the website
  3. I'm running Mojave 10.14.1 on a Mac Pro (5,1)
  4. Trying to activate Parallels 12
Feels like im missing the primary option. Please help.

I also have the same problem with one of my license keys. I am trying to install Parallels 11 on a new MacBook and get the Unable to confirm the product license.
