Hi @mikel51, yes if you keep auto-renewal of your subscription ON, the next year the upgrade charge will be $49/year as well. (with no regards to Home/Pro edition)I see two upgrade options, $49 to renew standard or $49/year for a subscription to pro. When you purchase a new copy of pro it is $99/year. If I purchase a subscription, will it revert to the full price of $99/year at renewal?
Hi @philip_lamb, customers who purchased and registered a copy of Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac from the Parallels Online Store or an authorized reseller on or after August 1, 2018 through October 31, 2018, are eligible for an upgrade to the next version of Parallels Desktop for Mac at no charge, subject to certain conditions. For details please see https://www.parallels.com/techguarantee2018/.Is there a free upgrade option for users who purchased Parallels Desktop 13 recently? (The non-subscription license). I purchased on July 7th.
