Black Screen on Samsung Galaxy Note 4

I have installed the server and client. From smartphone (Samsung Galaxy Note 4) I can use all functions on the computer (server), but the Sceen of my Smartphone is only black. I only can see the menu.
Can someone help me?

Actually, I've encountered a lot of issues like this before and it's not just the Note 4 that's doing this, it's common across all Android devices. The most effective troubleshooting procedure to address this problem is the soft-reset.

For your problem, I think you can use RecoveryTool Android Data Recovery, which you can recover data from Samsung with broken screen
