Hi, still is not possible to activate on new mac. There is no possibility to deactivate on old computer. Can you deactivate license? And I will try to activate it on new one?

Hi @DonatasP, we have checked the records and made necessary settings for the license key. If the issue persists, please open Terminal end execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online and let us know how it works.

Same problem as others. I've uninstalled on my old Mac and it won't let me activate on the new Mac. Tried the prlsrvctl activate-license-online command as suggested, still no luck. What do I do now?

Hello KenW6,
We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

Hello KenW6, please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal). Inside the Terminal window, enter the command 'prlsrvctl activate-license-online' (without the quotes) and hit 'Return'. Wait till the operation completes. Then, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation. Thanks!

Same issue here: migrated to new Mac, but can't activate. There's no way to deactivate on the old Mac, and the Terminal command doesn't work for me.
