Hi, still is not possible to activate on new mac. There is no possibility to deactivate on old computer. Can you deactivate license? And I will try to activate it on new one?Hi @DonatasP , we have made the changes. Please
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
