How to transfer license to a new computer

I have seen many threads asking this question and the reply is always to see your personal messages.

I have scoured the Parallels website for a way to do the but the only way seems to be ask on the forum and receive a personal message.

I need to deactivate one of my two licences and use it on a new computer please.
