CPU utilization

One of my clients is suddenly having issues with CPU utilization. He had one of the earlier builds of Parallels 3, and it was running fine for several weeks. Today it's suddenly using 100% of the CPU a lot of the time, so I updated to build 5158 and that helped a little, but it still using too much. Anyone else having this issue?
 
Thanks for the suggestion. I've checked out the Windows task manager, however, and I don't see anything that looks like it's chewing up much in the way of resources within the Windows environment. Any other thoughts?
 
Yes. I am actually getting readings of 140% and higher a lot of the time on this machine, and the Windows virtual machine is dog-slow.
