MacOS El Capitan crash with Parallels 10

Hello everyone,

I'm having a bit of an issue with my Macbook Pro. I recently installed Parallels 10 after updating to El Capitan and coincidence or not after installing Parallels 10 my Macbook usually crashes on me and I have to restart it again.
I didn't install anything else new and I made and I have also a Panic report from my last crash
Could you guys help me because I tried contacting Apple about this but was simply ignored.

Please perform the following steps and let us know if the issue persists.

1. Uninstall Parallels Desktop 10 using this tool.
2. Reset ACL permissions in your Mac as per this article.
3. Create a new Admin user account on the Mac and reinstall Parallels Desktop as per this article.

Did the above help? My Macbook Pro (El Capitan) also becomes unresponsive at times when I start Parallels Desktop 10. This has been happening since one of their latest update. My Mac will become so unresponsive that I can barely do anything. Even the clock stop updating the time it is displaying. Other times, Parallels Desktop 10 just won't quit, and I have to force quit it.

@ManojK2 Why does one have to create a new Admin user at step 3 above? I want to keep using my current user with which I normally log in.

My Mac will become so unresponsive that I can barely do anything. Even the clock stop updating the time it is displaying. Other times, Parallels Desktop 10 just won't quit, and I have to force quit it.

Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac is not an optimised version for Mac OS X El Capitan . Check this article to get the trial version of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac & let us know how it works.

We have two version of Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac: Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard and Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition. Here is the difference between them.
Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition is a subscription Edition whereas Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition is a permanent license without an expiration date. It is always valid for the version it was purchased for but is subject to End-of-Life policy.
