upgrade Win7 to Win10

I have a Macmini 2010, with 8GB ram, the last version of PD10, and Win7 professional. I tried many times to upgrade Win7 to Win10 with always the same issue:
At some point in the installation:
Firstly, I get the message: "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area (pssnap.sys), then the system restarts by itself.
Secondly, Windows restores the previous version, i.e. Win7.
Finally, when Win7 restarts, I get the message that the installation failed during the second boot, with an error at the time of the Boot operation.
Before applying the upgrade, I fully uninstalled the antivirus and updated all drivers. For the upgrade, I tried many times the Mediacreationtool, or the iso download, or a USB boot installed with the necessary software. All these methods had the same result, as indicated earlier. PD and the VM are allocated 4GB ram.
I don't what to do; thanks for your help.
 
Following your advice, I fully uninstalled Free Macrium, which was the latest version, and then the upgrade to Win10 went smoothly. I really appreciate your rapid and efficient answers, especially after having dealt with this issue for a couple of months before thinking to post a thread!
