Windows 10 completely out of RAM

Hi,

I'm constantly running out of RAM, which makes the computer grind to a halt. For instance, I'll have as little as 25 MB of RAM available (as calculated by Clean My Mac. The Mac's Activity Monitor shows a little more.)

I do almost all my work on the Windows side, mostly in Office programs. No games or any resource-hogging graphics programs. If I shut down Windows, CleanMyMac will show that I now have about 5 to 7 GB of Ram available. As soon as I fire up Windows -- even with only Outlook and Firefox running -- I can watch the RAM drop and drop and drop. Within a few hours, I have only a few Megabytes of RAM available.

Specs:
iMac 27 inch, late 2012
Processor: 2.9 GHz, Intel Core i5
Memory: 24 GB, 1600 MHz, DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 512MB
Yosemite 10.10.5

Windows 10

Parallels 10

CPUs: 2
Memory allocated to VM: 12 GB (which is within the Green zone)

I have seen a couple of articles online about using Terminal commands to solve problems with Yosemite and Parallels. But I'm not sure if they apply to my situation and set-up.

Any advice? Thanks.

Hello Dhruba,
I do know how to change the RAM. As I mentioned above, I have set it at 12 GB for the VM, which is within the green range recommended by Parallels.
The MacCPUID tool shows "64".

Any other suggestions?

Dhruba, I have already said that I know how to change the RAM memory. That is NOT the problem.

The problem is that RAM disappears, for no apparent reason.
