Having trouble sharing files.

I installed Parallels 11 and Windows 10. I got help with my network performance today. Thanks again.

I am attempting to share files between the MAC and Windows 10. I read the information on using the tools. I assumed I installed the tools as it popped up during the download and install. In the Parallels control window I unlock the lock and then click on Sharing options. I have everything checked plus on share folders I have selected all disks. In custom folders I selected documents. On the windows tab all checked.
I don't see anything on the Mac side when windows is active. I don't see anything on the windows side. I am unable to pass info via cut and paste.

I don't know what I am doing incorrectly.
 
Never mind. I found the action to install the tools. I think the first time I tried this I didn't know where the paralells iso was. This time I jest kept clicking on continue. Now I have two new folders on my dock. One for win 10 and one for win 7.
