Parallels Tools unable to install after upgrade to Parallels Desktop 10.2.2(29105)

    I tried the recommended troubleshooting solutions and 1) uninstalled Parallels, 2) restarted my Mac, and 3) reinstalled Parallels to no avail. The installation gets to about 20-25% before erroring out and requiring a reboot in my guest Windows 8.1 installation.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.
