I broke something. No longer getting an IPV4 address over Windows PPTP VPN connection

Windows 8.1 / Parallels 10.2.1

I recently installed an additional Windows 10 VM which I imagine wouldn't matter. I'm able to get an IPV4 address through Windows 10 and OS X. I have networking tools that require I have the IPV4 address.

I don't know what I did. Here's a screenshot of Device Manager. Any thoughts?

@Anthony Sbarro did you try to uninstall driver and reinstall it from Device manager?
Nothing happens when I try to uninstall any of the WAN Miniport entries.

The devices with the errors say,
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful."

Driver Version 6.3.9600.16384 from 2006.

can you ping those devices? from this point it sounds like a Windows/VPN misconfiguration. I would suggest you easier way - install VPN on the Mac side and use VM in the Shared mode.
