logging in as Admin everytime

Hello,

I just installed Parallels desktop on a Mac Pro to run Windows within Tiger. A Boot camp partition already existed, so I chose to use it for the virtual machine. Everything is good until the user tries to start the VM, Parallel then asks everytime to login as an Admin.

This makes no sense, I must have done something wrong (I check the authorisations for the file "Parallels Desktop", all is good -that is : read and right everywhere- for the specific user).

Any idea on this?

Thanks a lot! :)

Thanks Keath!

Actually it's Os x who asks me to identify myself as an admin, this is all before I boot in win XP. It actually happens litterally when I click on the start button of Parallels.

It's a known issue and is required because Parallels needs administrator privileges to gain direct read/write access to the partition.
