Can't see MacOS folders even though Share All Disks is enabled??

Hi,

I installed Parallels, then Win 8.1 last night. It worked well BUT... all the new folders are blank. I can't find the folders and files in MacOS Yosemite. ie. eg. the Documents folder is all blank. I thought I am looking at the wrong folders but I don't think so. And yes, sharing all disks have been enabled. Please HELP URGENTLY! THANK YOU.....

Please try (re)installing Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and let us know the status.
