Reached Maximum Number of Activations

I am trying to re-install Parallels Desktop 10 on my new MacBook Pro and am getting too many activations error. I do not have this license installed on any other computer at this time.

I'm also having this problem migrating to a new computer. Please advise on how to deactivate on my old computer, so I can activate it on the new one.

Same problem here - switched to a new Mac - deleted Parallels 10 from the old one - installation on the new one says to many activations...
