Cannot Install Parallels 10

What the ... another 10 minutes wasted typing out my problem and it says "English Only please"

USELESS GARBAGE SOFTWARE AND FORUM - REFUND NOW WANTED - CANNOT INSTALL OR POST ANY USEFUL INFORMATION HERE _ OBVIOUSLY I MUST BE TYPING IN RUSSIAN _ AAAAAARGGRGRGRGHHHH
 
Extremely Bizarre how I am allowed to type AAAAAAGGGGRHRHHHHRRRRR
But cannot list the simple steps + hours I have wasted trying get this software to install.
 
Dear @Ewen_Cameron - since you are a new member on the forum, your posts may appear with slight delay.
If you cannot install Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac, please share more details so that we could help.
 
Already spent 10 minutes doing that and was told to use English Language, decided i'm going to reinstall Parallels 7. Will continue using that until I eventually have to upgrade to the latest version of Mac OSX and will then look into other options. Tried pretty much everything to get it to work, but can't be bummed to do any more now. Would like to be able to get a refund please, what is the procedure?
