ID44 Unable to start Virtual Machine

Host: MAC OSX 10.9.5
Guest: Windows 7
Tried this KB Article already http://kb.parallels.com/en/113936
doesn't work. There is no .sav or .mem files

Please help

Hi Eric,

Please try creating a new empty Virtual Machine and map the existing hard-disk file to it as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/121578
