Hi St.M1, the 14-day trial is only available for the latest version i.e. Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. Refer to this article.

Hi St.M1, after the launch of Parallels Desktop 11, the trial for previous versions has been disabled.
Parallels Online Store only offers the latest version of Parallels Desktop. Thus, if you would like to buy any of the previous versions, please check if it is offered by your local resellers or authorized online resellers like Apple, Amazon etc.
