Windows 7 VM pins the VM process in osx at >100% at all the time.

Hi, after upgrading my PD to v 10 I have noticed that the fan on my macbook pro maxes out while running my corporate windows vm. Inside the VM the cpu load in window's task manager sits mostly at 0 but in osx the vm process never dips below 100%. mostly it sits at around 110-120.

Here is a screen capture showing the problem:

This was not a problem before the upgrade. I am running the latest DP Release. (10.0.2)

Anyone know how to fix this?
