The Virtual Machine cannot be started

Bit poster
Basically it says it can only run on Leopard or Tiger. On this Mac I have Mountain Lion.

Does it with either Mountain Lion or Mavericks VMs
It gives Problem ID 397. The solution prvided doesn't help either.

ANY IDEAS?

Please follow the steps provided below:

1) Open the Terminal (Finder/Applications/Utilities/Terminal)
2) Execute the following commands:

sudo nvram 8BE4DF61-93CA-11d2-AA0D-00E098032B8C:BootCurrent=1
or
sudo nvram 8BE4DF61-93CA-11d2-AA0D-00E098032B8C:BootCurrent and check how it goes !

Of course I'm Mountain Lion 64 Bit, I'm just trying to create a virtual Mountain Lion for testing on my Mac and getting the message stated.

What does the sudo nvram command you suggest actually do?

Hi Hendo63,

The "sudo nvram" Sets the nvram boot-args on the current machine to boot-args. This flag should only be used on the target machine (which is contrary to all other usage cases, when it is used on the host). If boot-args is not passed, the tool will prompt the user as to which boot-args are to be set.
