Windows 7 doesn't recognize my computer hardware?

Hello,

I Have had parallels for a few days now and I am having this issue on Windows 7. I am on a 2013 Macbook air and the problem is Windows doesn't recognize my mac's hardware. Here is a list on what I cannot do:

1. Windows does not recognize my Built-in speakers? I choose my output device as "build in Output" But that doesn't help. Therefore Windows 7 doesn't play any sound whatsoever?

2. When changing the theme to "Aero", it says "Video card driver doesn't support Aero effects"?

Does anyone know how to fix this?
