I can't get trial key for Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac

Hi,

I can not get the trial, Error "Unable to request a trial key". i have tried over and over but same error message again.

Can you please send me the trial key for Parallels Desktop through message as well? I have tried over and over again, too. I'd like to try Parallels Desktop 9, as I'm interested in switching from VirtualBox. Thanks!

Please follow the steps as suggested at : http://kb.parallels.com/116845 to activate the trial version of Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac

If you are unable to activate the trial version of Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac after following the knowledge-base article, please follow the steps given below :

1. Generate a Problem Report ID and send us. ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 )
2. If you have an alternate e-mail address, try to request trial key using alternate e-mail (you can try your personal, if you feel OK with it.)
3. If it still shows a red exclamation mark with another e-mail address – collect second Problem Report ID please.(http://kb.parallels.com/9058) and send the provide the report ID
4. We will Provide you with a trial license to activate Parallels Desktop on your Mac.
