All of a sudden, Parallels 9 desktop will not start up. All I get is the Parallels Desktop "Badge" with the spinning pinwheel
on the left side, which spins and spins never actually getting to the Parallels desktop screen. I have a support ticket and got a email
referring me to fixes for earlier versions, webpages for items that don't exist for this version of Parallels, basically useless.
I've tried to delete and reinstall but no help. Can anyone tell me how to completely erase all files related to Parallels so that
I can reinstall it? Also, is there a file that is related to the registration key that I can delete?
