Windows can't use the network properly

Hi, people.
After a update, my Windows can't access sites with https.
I am using windows 8.1 and now its refuse to use my account properly. If I try to modify any system property (like keyboard configuration or windows update) the Windows says that I am not correctely connected and can't use the network.
Some sites like gmail or hotmail can't be used because the system informs that can't verify the security certified.

Again: this starts after the recent update of Parallels 9.

What must I do?

If you are running Avast! AV for Mac and have the web scan of secure sites turned on, turn it off, the way avast scans secure traffic is a sort o a hack that doesn't work well on VMs.
