Impossible to install apps on VM Chrome OS

All is in my subject ; I saw some similar questions on the forum but no solution.
I installed without problems Chrome OS on a vm under // 9 ; on the Web Strore I see the app I want to get but ther's no button or other proposition to install the app.

Thanks for your answer Looran.
My problem is not how to install (I've read all the pages you gave links) because I had already done that on a true Chromebook. The problem is only on a virtual // machine on which I installed ChromeOS. I can see the page describing the app I want but at the upper right I have not the "Install that application" ; I join a screen copy.
