Screen Grab not working when in "Full Screen" Mode

When in Full Screen mode, attempts to grab screenshots do not work. The result is a black screen capture. As soon as I exit Full Screen mode it works fine however. I have tried a variety of different screen grab application, but the issue is the same regardless.

A fix would be fantastic. Any thoughts anyone?

Hi tonyr100,

- Please quit Parallels Desktop.
- Run any Mac application in full screen mode and try to take a screenshot.
- If still your screenshot is a blank screen, it is an issue related with Mac OS
- So please Run repair disk permission as suggested at http://www.cnet.com/how-to/repair-disk-permissions-to-speed-up-your-mac/ or contact Apple Support.
- If the issue persists only when Parallels Desktop is running, please generate a Problem Report ID as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and send us the problem report number as a Private Message.
