Problem with sharing

I installed a Windows 8 under Parallels 8 (OS 10.9).

I tried to get sharing to work. However, whenever I start Windows 8.1 and go to the desktop I get this screen. My only option is to log out. That does no good. Neither does shutting down, windows, parallels, or rebooting my Mac.

Any ideas?
