Windows keyboard repeatdly changes from US International to US

Parallels 9.0.24217 Macbook Pro I7.
I configure Windows keyboard to US International and Windows keeps the default US keyboard langage.
Suddently the keyboard language changes to US.
I fix it and after some hours the US comes again.
How can I fix it?
I can't remove US langage but Windows does't give me this option.
Any suggestion?
