Can not view multiple Word or Excel documents - all documents open but not viewable

Very strange, but I often find that although I can see that I have several Word and Excel files open, I can not jump to them.
If I ALT-TAB or hover over the Word icon, I can see the other documents, but when I click to select them I see them for a quick second before it jumps me back to the previously open document.

Has this happened to anyone else?
Doesn't always happen and can not find a common reason when it does.

Reinstalling Tools did not help - already did

Already reinstalled Parallels Tools with your agent. Still having problem
