Unable to copy and paste from Mac to Windows

Hi,

I just upgraded to the Parallels Desktop 9 and I cannot copy and paste from Mac to Windows. In the older versions I was able to do that and I do not know what is happening. I already checked the configure pane and the option of sharing Mac clipboard is on and in the security pane the option of isolate Mac from Windows is off.

Does anyone any idea what is happening?

I have the same problem.
I cannot copy and paste from Mac to Windows. From Windows to Mac it works perfect.

I tried the following solutions:
1. re-install parallel tools (remove in system an reinstall) --> fail
2. Upgrade the windows 7 enterprise (reinstallation) --> fail

My sytem is: Mavericks 10.9.2, Windows 7 enterprise, Parallels Build 9.0.24172

When I install a brand new Win 7 enterprise, from the same CD it works.
But all my programms and data are on the "old" virtual machine.

What can I do??
