Brackets Text Editor won't appear in list of Mac apps

I'm using Brackets, an open source text editor, as my default editor for PHP/HTML/etc. files. I want to set it as the default program for such files in Windows, but the Brackets app does not appear in the list of available applications under Open With...

Does anyone know how to add a program to that list? Or get Brackets to be recognized?

I already have done so. Please read my original post again. The problem is that Brackets does not appear in the list of available applications for Windows to use. Therefore it cannot be set as a default application. Please advise.
