Can't install Parallels Desktop on Mac Book Pro

Hello! Help me please. Can't install Parallels Desktop on Mac Book Air. Installation hangs on step, where it prompts me to select whether I would like to help Parallels to make it better and offer to allow send back data or not. There are 3 buttons: more... , yes , no. But when I pressing any of them nothing happens. What can I do?

Hi Serggg,

Please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Quit the Parallels Desktop installation.
2. Restart your Mac
3. Launch Disk Utility application located in Applications/Utilities > in Disk Utility click on Macintosh HD > click Repair Disk Permissions.
4. Install Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac by following: http://kb.parallels.com/116989
