I installed Parallels 9 on my MacBook then Windows 8.1. All good.
Then, when looking in the user guide, I found information about "Parallels Tools." I don't know what they are. There is some discussion on how to install these (I did not use the default installation, I looked around, and so Tools might not be installed).
But, I cannot follow the user guide on finding tools or reinstalling them. The user guide refers to an Alt key I don't have and menu selections I cannot find, such as "Virtual Machine menu" or "Exit Coherence." I do not know where those are, if they are in Windows, if they are in the Mac side.
Also, the tools discussion refers to a CD, but I installed by downloading the installation, so there is no CD.
