Maverick?

I am thinking about upgrading to Maverick from Lion 10.8.5. I am currently running Parallels Desktop 9 on my iMac intel 27". I have all my business data on my Window XP Professional virtual machine and can't afford to be done. Does Parallels Desktop 9 work well with Maverick and will I have any known problems upgrading. Thanks in advance for any comments.

Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac is fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks, you can go ahead and install Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks.
