Was just about to post the same thing. I keep hearing the "device connected/device disconnected" sound every few seconds. I ended up just muting the virtual speakers, but would love an actual fix
An update posted yesterday seems to have fixed the problem. Although I couldn't find anything in the release notes to suggest this particular problem had been addressed, I took a chance and removed the boot flags I was using yesterday, and so far the mouse remains connected to the VM.
