program doesn´t start after upgrade

after upgrade and entering the activation key the program quitted.
every time i try to start it quits before i can start the vm.

is there anything i can do?

More Starting failures on v 3.0

iMac intel, 2.16 GHz, 3GB Ram
MBPro intel, 2.16 GHZ, 3GB Ram

Version 3. 4124 installed using both Win XP Pro and Vista Guests on both machines. The restart after installing tools failed in all scenarios. Now I have 4 ruined guests on two machines and no way to go back that I can determine.

Something went horribly wrong in this Release Candidate. 4106 seemed to work ok, but I cannot get there.

If it is possible, please zip your Windows Applications folder before the deleting and send it to [email protected]. That will greatly help us to understand the problem source.

i just found a file named "parallels fault" that contains the following ;
