Can't capture screen in guest win7 over parrallels 8

Dear all,

after i have update to parallels 8, i can't use anymore the screen capture software in my virtual machine (guest OS windows 7). At the moment that i capture the screen it become black and i can only capture a beautiful black screen. Does anyone have the same problem? Is there any solution?

Ps I have tried with an other free software but was the same.
PPs I know that i could use OS X screen capture, it works, but i use windows 7 in full screen and OS X's keyboard commands are disable

I have the same problem with parallels 8 and guest win 7. The upper third of the screen becomes black when I activate the windows capture tool or the PrtScn key (via send keys).
I hope Parallels will fix the issue.

I was able to fix this issue by changing the video acceleration option from DirectX 10 (Experimental) to DirectX9 in the VM Hardware options. I had to shut down the VM to change the option. Hope this works for you.
