Changing email address?

Does anyone know how to update the email address on the parallels account?
I have used 'change email' address in my account altering the old to the new email address, but all mail still goes to my old email address. When I try to update to to the new mail address again in my account, i get a message that my new email address is already in use? This is driving me mad!!!

Click the Mail icon on the Domain administration page.
In the Tools section, click Add New Mail Name.
Enter a name for this email account (for example, [email protected]).
Enter and confirm a new password for this email account. This password will also be used to access the control panel.
If you want the mail user to be able to access the control panel, select the Control panel access check box and specify their control panel access settings.
Select the Mailbox check box and specify the mailbox quota if desired.
Click OK to submit all changes.

camden21, in order to change your account e-mail address, you should log in at https://www.parallels.com/account/ and use "Change E-Mail" option on the main page of your account.
