Cannot update to latest version

It wil just update, it's safe.

(A user with 1K posts, like me, would never tell you to run the installer if it was going to delete your VMs and settings )

Got the file and installed it... Said it was successful until it started the windows -- then the same dang thing happened. It seems like there is a install process in windows wanting to update the program. I normally use coherence but if I exit that the bottom of my parallels windows desktop it says the "Parallel Tools are outdated. Wait for automatic upgrade to complete or upgrade manually." I guess this is what i need to get rid of or fixed. Any ideas on this. I really appreciate you help.

I have the same problem as you.

But i suggest you to go first to COntrol Panel > Add Remove programs are uninstall Parallels Tools. It usually helps. If it does not help - go to article.
